York Data Services Launch Their Super Cool New Customer Login Area

York Data Services' customers can now manage all their services from a single interface. Exactly which features are available to you depends on the services you have chosen to take from us. With more features planned for the near future the list is constantly growing. Here's just a few of the things you can do.

Keep us up to date

Keep us up to date with your latest contact information so that we can always contact you with network incident reports and announcements.

Wifi Network

Customers with a fixed line service from York Data Services enjoy FREE access to our York hotspot network. Login to change your company’s password or add/remove users.

Bandwidth monitoring

You can use the York Data Services customer control panel to keep an eye on your bandwidth usage. This feature is particularly useful for customers on usage-based bandwidth packages who would like to check on their throughput.

If you have multiple services with us you can see bandwidth data for all circuits in one place, with up to 3 months of throughput stats available and a year of bandwidth usage graphs, helping you analyse historical trends and debug potential problems on your network.

VoIP

York Data Services VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) customers can view and download historical itemised phone bills in CSV file format. Management of your extension list and web-based control of your call forwarding and voicemail are just some of the exciting new features we are currently working on.

Fault Tracking (coming soon!)

Customers will shortly be able to raise fault tickets directly with us from the website and view network status information from our extensive network monitoring systems.
